When my cat, little Opie, started going downhill within just a few days, I tried to get an appointment with our regular vet, but they were too busy to see him. When I called “Old Town Veterinary Clinic,” they were able to see him within a few hours. I was so relieved, and Dr. Snyder and the whole staff were friendly, attentive, and very compassionate. Dr Snyder gave Opie a thorough physical examine, and then did labs to check his kidney function, as she thought that may be the issue, and she was right. Opie’s kidneys were failing. They gave me options to decide what to do next. Opie was 18yrs old, and I could tell he was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr Snyder and staff treated Opie with compassion and respect as they made him comfortable with a soft blanket to lay on as the Dr proceeded with the euthanasia procedure. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say good-bye to my little companion. I highly recommend Old Town and Dr Snyder and staff, and if I ever get another pet, I will definitely return. Thank you all so much for being there for us in this difficult time.

When I had to have my best friend Buddy put away they were very compassionate and stay with us to the very end. Was treated with the utmost respect. Made a very difficult situation a lot easier than I could ever have expected. The Dr stayed by Buddy to the last breath. Giving him comfort and showing her care. Would not even think about another Veterinary Clinic when I find another little friend. Thank you to the Whole Office Staff.

In March of this year my precious Bruce a Chihuahua/Chinese Shar-Pei mix was degloved. Due to some reason with my last vet I needed a new one. I found Dr. Snyder online and her reviews sounded wonderful! So, when the doggie ER said Bruce needed regular wound care we called Old Town and they have been wonderful! I've fallen in love with the whole staff!!! They not only care for me but more importantly they care for my pet and make him comfortable!!! Dr. Snyder will share as much or as little as you want with you and truly knows/cares about animals! Since then I've referred my mother in law to them for an attack on her dog and the care and love they've shown her has been just as amazing! If you're looking for a vet who shows you and your pet the respect you deserve this is the place for you! I'm forever sold! 💖

Dr. Snyder and her team are incredibly kind and extremely good at caring for our animals. We could not have asked for better treatment and support as we navigated health challenges for our fur babies. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Been taking our "kids" 🐾 to Dr. Snyder since 2021. January of this year we adopted a new pup, and she was great getting us through his puppy shots and such. We also recently had an issue with our 6yr old husky mix, she'd eaten an unknown something somehow and was real sick for about 36hrs. We saw Dr. Snyder in the middle of that, and she was able to save us a ton of time and tests and prescribe a tummy med and wet food for a couple days, and our girl was well shortly after. Honest vet, great staff, awesome experience time and time again. Super thankful yall are doing what you do.

I called 3 times yesterday with questions about my pug puppy. The staff discussed my issue, I could tell that because I talked to different people and they all were informed of my situation. They were all kind and understanding and gave me treatment options. The situation resolved itself but they definately helped me through it. Thank you. This is my second experience with them. Her first puppy visit went well as well. It's wasn't crazy busy. There was plenty of staff. They were all happy and the whole staff came to see the pug puppy. It was fun and inviting. The vet was chill and knowledgeable. It seemed like the staff got along and enjoyed eachother and their job. Which is good because the vet can be pretty stressful.

Dr Snyder and team are great! They are very friendly, professional and treat my furbabies (kitties) wonderful! I've taken my cats in for regular check-ups and even for dental surgery.... all care given has been handled thoroughly and exceptionally!! The costs are really reasonable and on the lower side (esp. compared to other places I've taken kitties in the past).
